  1. Thanks for the heads up, Jin! I am going to pass on this one. I have found that I prefer using Lettering Delights files, as it is so frustrating to open a Silhouette file and have to "arrange" all of the little pieces. It also drives me nuts to have to color each little piece if I want to do a print and cut. I love how LD has matching paper packs and lettering to go with designs, and they offer fantastic customer service. (Once when I asked about a matching paper pack for a design I was working with, Rani created one for me on the spot!!) Enjoy your spring break. Can't wait to see more pictures of your adventures. -Jamie

    1. I like LD files for the same reason too, Jamie! LD makes it so easy to cut their files that I almost never use non-LD shapes. I have learned not to purchase multi-layer cuts from the Sil store for the reason that you mentioned- it is too much of a hassle to try to put the shape together. I do occasionally buy a design or two from the Sil store but it has to be 3-layer or less (e.g, designed by A Little Hut) and always only when there's a sale. :-)
